Top 3 Cantonese Bands Recommend

Recently I have been addicted to Cantopop, which is a contraction of Cantonese pop music. As everyone knows, Cantopop was extremely popular in the 1990s with many famous singers, such as Jacky Cheung, Andy Lau, Leslie Cheung, etc. At that time, people living in southern China were crazy about Cantonese songs, almost everyone can hum these songs, and even my parents are fans of Cantopop!

As time goes on, more and more musicians appear in the entertainment circle, including some new bands that are popular with young people. Therefore, I will list the top 3 Cantonese bands (rank according to personal preference) here and hope you guys will like it!

Top 1: Dear Jane
The name of this band is said to have a deeper meaning, people thought their name "Dear Jane" refers to a Dear John letter but from the point of view of a male writing to a female. The name signifies their music highlighting the point of view of a male. As far as Im concerned, this name sounds quite interesting and romantic. Besides, their love songs are very touching with fine lyrics, beautiful melody, and soulful voice of the singer.

Top 2: Supper Moment
Supper Moment is a four-member rock band from Hong Kong. They were formed in 2006 and officially debuted in 2010 under Redline Music. Speaking of the name, they believe that dinner time is treasurable and pervious for Hong Kong people as they are busy and do not have much time to back home. However, supper should be the warmest moment of the day which many people may neglect it. As it implies that someone is waiting for you at home or waiting to have dinner after your busy working or studying day etc. Therefore, they want to use their music to let people reflect on their daily life and make their life to be more wonderful.

Top 3: Mister
Mister also known as Mr. is a Cantonese rock band composed of Desmond Tam, Tom To, Alan Po, Ronny Lay and Quincy Tam on the guitars. The vocal duties are performed by Po, with backing vocals provided by Tam. Their music expresses the frustration in pursuing their dreams as well as the joy of harvest, that is quite inspiring!

And for some reasons, I cant search and play their songs due to the region restriction. Therefore, I find out a perfect solution with great effort. That is downloading these songs with a reliable music downloader -- Leawo Music Downloader, which can also enable me to download music from YouTube to iMovie when I editing the video on my iPhone. Hope this practical and powerful tool could help people who are keen on Cantonese songs just like me!
