Part 1: The benefits of jogging
Jogging is one of the most cost-effective and flexible exercise events that we can do in our spare time. As we all know, this exercise can help you drop the weight if you aspire to keep fit or shape your body, and aside from that, there are several benefits of jogging here:
1. Boots the health of your heart
Jogging ensures that blood is pumped faster to the heart and, hence maintains blood pressure as well as improving blood circulation. Regular running can also reduce the risk of arteriosclerosis and make you live longer.
2. Makes you stay positive
There exist endless bothers in our daily life and it seems like we have no idea to cope with them. But don't worry about it, just take up jogging, then you'll forget all of these issues at the moment as jogging causes your brain and nervous system to secrete neurotransmitters called endorphins, and these feel-good chemicals are responsible for that euphoric "runner's high" that makes you feel like you're on top of the world. Take a shower after jogging, then you'll fulfill with energy and stay positive!
